Have to book in advance with no refund but a subsitute back up plan option) vs. a speed boat charter (haven't found a reliable / recomended one yet) to Phi Phi...

I'm visiting Krabi later this year and staying at the Centara Grand resort in Krabi, I really want to hire a private long tail boat and visit some of the islands eg: Koh Hong

Has anyone hired a boat in Ao Nang, where would I go to arrange this or can I speak to somebody on ao nang beach?
