Here is a video of my first project using a Netduino Plus microprocessor board, connected to an old Itron GU126x64 vacuum floursecent display (vfd) module.
It uses its ethernet adaptor to read the time from an SNTP server on the internet, and get the weather forecast from an RSS feed on the BBC website.
