Lobster #1 - Boiling water splashing everywhere
We drove into Austin last Saturday and picked up 2 lobsters from Central Market (division of HEB).
We boiled them for about 8-10 minutes each. This was our first time boiling them and I had read that they cook in their shells so I didn't want to put them in for too long even though a lot of websites said 15 minutes. They weighed almost 2 lbs each. I think next time we'll put them in for even less time. We put them in the freezer for 5 minutes right before boiling them to minimize tail...
