this is the first day that used mane n tail shampoo, as well as taking the vitamin "biotin." Both products are suppose to induce hair growth to promote strong, healthy, and long hair.

Mane n Tail How to get long hair
Just me talking about what i use to grow my hair. and some funny awkward bloopers.
I got the Shampoo and Conditioner at Walmart in the pet section they also have it at Sally's (it was only 5$ for each 32oz at Walmart). You can get the Tresemme at Walmart, too but you can get it at CVS, target. . pretty much anywhere that has hair supplies.
