I use Long Tail Pro Platinium version and let me show you how this tool is calculating the average KC (Keyword Competitiveness).
Average KC score for each keyword is between 0 - 100. Lower the KC score, higher the ranking ability.
So, choose the keyword with lowest Average KC and a good number of global searches.
