In OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion), released today, Safari 6 no longer has the RSS menu in the address bar that shows you when a page has RSS or Atom feeds to which you can subscribe.
This annoyed me, so I wrote an extension that replaces some of that functionality. Safari still won't act as a complete RSS...

The RSS Menu Extension adds a menu button to your Safari toolbar that lists RSS, Atom and RDF feeds discovered on the page. Feeds can then be opened in most Mac newsreader apps (Vienna, NetNewsWire etc.), or previewed directly in Safari.
