This stunning male was recorded while our short visit to the AMAZING feeders at Recinto del Pensamiento in Manizales outskirts.. WORTH A VISIT!! - Video made at our February trip with Canada/UK clients birding in the 3 Andean mountain ranges and the 2 inter-Andean Valleys a couple of weeks. We got over 500 species of birds and a neat bunch of specialties and endemics... including the "1st" apparent record of Yellow-headed Manakin for the E Andes N of the Colombian massif on our first day! -...

Hummingbirds at feeders in Rio Blanco, Manizales, Caldas - www.colombiabirding.com
There are several hummers coming to the feeders in Rio Blanco reserve. In this video you can see tons of Buff-tailed Coronet, and one Long-tailed Sylph as well as one Collared Inca.
