How to Knit: Long-Tail Cast-On aka Continental Cast-On

This video will show you how to work the long-tail cast-on (also known as the Continental Cast-On and sometimes the Double Cast-On). This technique produces a neat, firm and stretchy cast-on edge that works in just about every type of project you can think of. If you're looking for an ultra-stretchy cast on edge, work this cast-on over two needles.
